Description: Demolition of the existing remote teller houses and the construction of a modern seven lane drive-thru with a remote ATM enclosure. Demolition, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, concrete, structural steel, wood trusses, architectural asphalt fiberglass shingles, architectural exterior woodwork, drive-up teller line & teller window, pneumatic tube system including a commercial box type kiosk (this drive-thru was a reverse flow line and did not have a deal drawer).

Special considerations: Construction was completed while the banking center was in operation (the drive-thru was closed) and the banking center was not adversely affected. The project was completed on time. All of the drive-up teller stations opened on schedule.
