    Description: Interior alterations of a former bank space for occupancy by Buckhead Bank. Demolition, marble, architectural wood work, drywall, painting, wallcovering, slate, plumbing, HVAC, electrical.

    Special considerations: Reconfiguration of mahogany teller line to match existing. Installation of custom design carpeting. Tight time schedule. Project was completed on time. All teller stations opened on schedule.

    Milton National Bank--Addition

    Description: Addition of office and work space with matching architectural brickwork, EIFS, and custom color storefront window system.

    Special Considerations: This addition was two story with space only on the second floor. The addition extended into the existing parking lot into the traffic flow for the drive-thru. The construction was completed on time without adverse affects on the bank’s operation.

    Milton Bank Suite 225

    Description: Renovation of an existing tenant space as a work area for Milton personnel including construction of a fire rated records vault. Demolition, drywall, ceilings, doors, millwork , painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical.

    Special considerations: Project was completed on time.

    Nations Bank Campbellton Road

    Description: Sitework, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, landscaping, construction of a drive-thru building with a five lane drive-thru canopy and remote ATM enclosure.

    Special considerations: Original contract did not include construction of the building, which was originally designed as a modular structure. The subcontractor for the modular structure could not meet the schedule. The building was added to our contract as a change order. The building was designed and constructed by conventional means. Security, bank equipment, electrical, pneumatic tube system, etc. were coordinated. In spite of performing the construction during a harsh winter, the project was completed and opened on schedule.

    Description: Interior renovation to provide men’s and women’s restrooms in the proof department, demolition, wood windows, drywall, painting, bath accessories, toilet partitions, plumbing, HVAC, electrical.

    Special considerations: The banking center remained in operation during construction without adverse affects. The project was completed on time.

    Nations Bank East Marietta

    Description: Reconfiguration of the breakroom/restroom area, building expansion under an existing walkup canopy to allow for expansion of the interior teller line. Demolition, concrete, structural steel, custom millwork, storefront, drywall, act, painting, wallcovering, carpet, ceramic tile, plumbing, HVAC, electrical.

    Special considerations: This project was one of four performed simultaneously for Nations Bank for their changes in preparation for the acquisition of Bank South. The schedule was extremely short. The banking center was open during construction and was not adversely affected. The electrical service into the building was relocated as well as the telephone and data service. The teller line was expanded to match the existing black walnut teller line. The project was finished on time. All teller stations opened on schedule.

    Nations Bank East Point

    Description: Demolition of the existing remote teller houses and the construction of a modern seven lane drive-thru with a remote ATM enclosure. Demolition, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, concrete, structural steel, wood trusses, architectural asphalt fiberglass shingles, architectural exterior woodwork, drive-up teller line & teller window, pneumatic tube system including a commercial box type kiosk (this drive-thru was a reverse flow line and did not have a deal drawer).

    Special considerations: Construction was completed while the banking center was in operation (the drive-thru was closed) and the banking center was not adversely affected. The project was completed on time. All of the drive-up teller stations opened on schedule.

    Description: Support construction for the conversion of the drive-thru tube system to an overhead pneumatic system, demolition, concrete, millwork, drywall, electrical.

    Special Considerations: Construction was performed over one weekend while the banking center was closed. Project was completed on time.

    Nations Bank Marietta Square

    Description: Support construction for the conversion of the drive-thru tube system to an overhead pneumatic system, demolition, concrete, drywall, electrical. Construction of an interior enclosure and exterior wall alteration for the installation of a walk-up ATM.

    Special Considerations: Pneumatic system was installed over a weekend while the bank was closed. The ATM work was accomplished while the bank was opened without adverse affect. The project was completed on time.

    Description: Interior alterations to support the installation of a remote walkup ATM within the banking center building. Demolition, architectural woodwork, drywall, painting, HVAC,

    Special considerations: The building in which the banking center is located is on the historical registry. The alterations included installing oak architectural woodwork to match historical raised panel work. This finish work was performed by JHD personnel. The construction was performed while the banking center was in operation and the banking center was not adversely affected. The project was finished on time. The ATM opened on schedule.

    Special Considerations: Construction was performed over one weekend while the banking center was closed. Project was completed on time.

    Nations Bank Midtown

    Description: Addition of three drive-thru lanes and a remote ATM enclosure to an existing drive-thru facility. Asphalt paving, structural steel, wood truss roof framing, architectural asphalt fiberglass shingles, concrete.

    Special considerations: This project was one of four performed simultaneously for Nations Bank for their changes in preparation for the acquisition of Bank South. The schedule was extremely short. The project is in a special public interest zone in the City of Atlanta which required an extensive effort during the permitting process. The project was completed on time and the remote units came on line on schedule. The existing lanes of the drive-thru were kept open and were not adversely affected by the construction.

    Special considerations: The construction was completed while the banking center was open. The banking center was not adversely affected. The project was completed on time.

    Description: Interior renovation to expand the teller line. Millwork. Drywall, ACT, Painting, Wallcovering, Ceramic tile, Electrical.

    Special considerations: This project was one of four performed simultaneously for Nations Bank for their changes in preparation for the acquisition of Bank South. The schedule was extremely short. This banking center is a tenant space in the Peachtree Center retail area. All work was accomplished after hours. The work was completed on schedule and all of the new teller stations opened on time.

    Nations Bank South Dekalb

    Architect: The Samuel Group

    Description: Replacement of ceramic tile in the lobby (approximately 50% of the floor space)

    Special Considerations: The project was completed over one President’s Day weekend including demolition of existing ceramic tile, preparation of substrate, and installation of new ceramic tile. All work was completed on time and the bank opened on time and without consequence Tuesday morning.

    Nations Bank West End

    Description: Addition of a modular vault to increase the size of the vault.

    Special considerations: This project was one of four performed simultaneously for Nations Bank for their changes in preparation for the acquisition of Bank South. The schedule was extremely short. The vault addition included sawing an opening into the existing vault which was accomplished after hours. The work was accomplished without adversely affecting the operations of the bank. The project was completed on time.

    Nations Bank Vault Trim--Cherry Street (Macon), Cumberland, Mableton, Medical Center, West Cobb, Windy Hill

    Description: Each of the vaults at the above referenced sites were altered by the owner due to the allocation of Bank South. These alterations brought on the need for trim to be added to complete the installation of the safe deposit boxes.

    Special Considerations: All of the work was accomplished during normal banking hours within the individual vaults. Prefabrication was incorporated in order to shorten the work time within the vault. JHD carpenters installed the trim on time and without adverse affect to the bank’s customers.
